• Extensive experience selling into the refining industry, with a business model focused on long-term return on invested capital and strong relationships at the senior executive level. 
• Proven success in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex long-term contracts, including renewals of sunk capital investments in the tens of millions of dollars. 
• Strong business and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of profit margins, cash flow, and ROI to guide strategic commercial decisions. 
• Technical expertise through formal education in engineering or chemistry, or demonstrated success in technical selling and deep knowledge of refining processes.
