VP of Manufacturing

An exciting COO position is now available with a PE-backed company in Specialty Performance Coatings! This well-established and innovation-driven organization is looking for a leader with strategic vision able to architect future operations and translate into actionable plans to achieve the vision.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ Years Experience: Senior operations leadership in batch manufacturing, ideally in industrial paints/coatings, sealants, or colorants.
• Manufacturing Excellence: Proven track record in enhancing batch-based manufacturing processes for diverse, lower volume customers across multiple locations.
• Integration Leadership: Strong experience in team building and integrating sales, procurement, scheduling, production, and distribution functions.
• Dynamic Environment: Experience in private equity-backed or rapid change, transformational environments.
