The ideal candidate will:

• Lead operational excellence in a continuous chemical manufacturing environment, prioritizing high-hazard process safety and ensuring compliance with Process Safety Management standards.
• Bring deep technical expertise, with a strong background in sulfuric acid production or similar processes, and experience in refinery operations or oil & gas markets, whether upstream, downstream, or as a supplier or customer.
• Drive change across the organization by fostering strong communication, building relationships with team members, community stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, and cultivating a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
