Prior to joining Ropella, Brian developed a strong leadership foundation through his service in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that continues to shape his commitment to accountability, integrity, and results.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys coaching his children’s baseball teams, playing golf, and traveling with his wife.
