Jane Parkin is a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Ropella 360 with more than 20 years of experience supporting clients and candidates across the chemical and process industries. Known for her relationship-driven approach and deep industry exposure, Jane brings uncommon insight into how people, roles, and organizations truly fit together.

Jane originally joined Ropella in 2002, recruited and trained by founders Pat and Robbie Ropella, who instilled the firm’s original philosophy: executive search begins with relationships. That foundation continues to shape Jane’s work today. She genuinely enjoys connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and aligning individual motivations and strengths with what clients need to grow and sustain their businesses.

Jane’s industry experience includes specialty chemicals, coatings, plastics, rubber, mining, agriculture, fiber & textiles, packaging, personal care, and lubricants. She has supported executive search efforts for global organizations such as BASF, Dow, and Shell, as well as innovative startups, giving her a well-rounded view of how leadership impacts every function—from R&D and manufacturing to sales and marketing.

Outside of work, Jane values time with family and friends and is actively involved in children’s ministries at her local church.
