Monica Hatch is a seasoned executive search professional with a strong background in client partnership, coordination, and candidate engagement. As a key member of the Ropella 360 team for the past eight years, she enjoys partnering closely with Ropella360’s Client Partners to support high-impact executive searches, serving as a central point of coordination between clients and candidates to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution throughout the search process.

With earlier experience in higher education and public service—including roles in financial aid and scholarship administration at Tarrant County College and with the State of Florida Tax Collector—Monica brings a people-first mindset and operational discipline to her work. Her career journey also reflects adaptability and resilience, having held positions across the East Coast, West Coast, and Central Time Zone during nine years as a U.S. Navy spouse.

Monica is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and motivation to excel alongside Ropella360’s Client Partners who are subject matter experts in executive search and committed to knowledge transfer. She thrives in environments where teamwork, expertise, and shared accountability drive successful outcomes for clients, candidates, and the firm.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys bike riding, playing, and watching volleyball, watching football, camping, spending time at the beach, and working in her yard.
