After graduating from the University of South Alabama, Parris began his career in finance, steadily advancing into leadership roles that included serving as General Manager for multi-site operations. During this time, he developed a reputation for stabilizing and transforming underperforming business units—gaining firsthand insight into the leadership, accountability, and operational discipline required to drive sustainable performance.

Parris later brought that experience to a national trade publication, where he served as Advertising General Manager. In that role, he combined business development, relationship management, and market insight—further strengthening his ability to assess talent through the lens of revenue impact, growth strategy, and organizational fit.

Leveraging his operational background, business-building experience, and extensive professional network, Parris transitioned into executive search, where he has been a valued member of the Ropella 360 team for over seven years. Outside of work, Parris is a multi-sport athlete who continues to compete in various events. He is married to his wife, Stacy, and together they share their home with two cats.
