The Backable Executive Will:

  •  Jointly establish a funding search strategy and campaign focus
  • Transparent and precise expectation alignment regarding participation and time commitments
  •  Enthusiastically pursue all generated conversations (even an exhibition match) to find the right investment partners, where all parties are excited and commit to a joint investment
  •  Frequent and full disclosure with Deal Flow Accelerators to ensure the firm has all the necessary information to guide and support conversations with all parties

Ropella 360 Will:

  • Partner with the backable executive to develop a go-to-market strategy — Focusing on targeting the right PE firms to make introductions on behalf of the backable executive
  • Develop a joint go-to-market strategy that allows backable executives to introduce themselves to targeted (and actionable) investors
  • Partner with backable executive to create a Thesis Presentation for exploratory discussions
  • Use Ropella’s business development plan to create red-carpet introductions to prospective investors
  • Jointly organize follow-up execution plans and conversations
