A leading organization in Specialty Chemicals that is poised for enormous growth is looking to fill a BD Manager for their HI&I division role now!  

This is a fast-paced environment in a newly reformed company with large potential for career growth, as well as touching many aspects of the chemical manufacturing industry. 

The successful candidate will have: 

• Proven experience in the HI&I (Household, Industrial & Institutional) segment, with emphasis on surfactants and defoamers 
• Strong business development track record with a “hunter” mindset – focused on identifying and securing new growth opportunities 
• Established relationships with target customers and companies, particularly within procurement and technical functions 
• Technical and formulation experience preferred; candidates with 15+ years of deep product knowledge will also be considered in lieu of direct R&D background
