This role is ideal for a proven commercial hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven to deliver results while fostering strong connections with both the team and customers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Proven Commercial Leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development within the mining, industrial services, or heavy manufacturing sectors, with a deep understanding of mining processes.
- Established Industry Network and existing relationships with the target Austin customer base (U.S. & Canada), coupled with a willingness to roll up sleeves to build and expand a robust book of business.
- Track Record of Growth managing multimillion-dollar accounts and navigating complex stakeholder environments across regional territories, consistently delivering value through a commercial excellence and value-based mindset.
