A specialty chemical toll manufacturer is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to jump in to position where the sky is the limit on potential career growth for the hungry salesperson who enjoys building long-term relationships and help customers find perfect solutions. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have deep familiarity with toll or contract manufacturing of specialty chemicals. 
  • Possess strong technical acumen with the ability to engage senior-level chemists, engineers, and supply chain professionals, providing solutions-based sales through problem-solving and technical knowledge. 
  • Be a collaborative team player with a humble, driven approach; excited to roll up their sleeves and work closely with a small, dedicated team without a high-brow attitude.
