  • Leadership experience in cosmetic or specialty ingredients, including biological actives and fermentation-based materials, with a strong track record of P&L ownership across multi-revenue-stream businesses. 
  • A proven ability to build, manage, and scale commercial strategies in dynamic organizations. 
  • Strength in team building, cross-functional leadership, and operating effectively in lean, fast-growth, multi-hat environments.
