The ideal candidate will have: 

• Lead and Manage Engineering Teams – Oversee multi-discipline teams in the development, design, and layout of highly engineered plant systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and functionality. 
• Process & System Design – Develop and review mechanical process systems, including P&IDs and process system documentation, while maintaining general knowledge of electrical and control systems related to plant operations. 
• Project Execution & Documentation – Direct the production of engineering documents for construction, ensuring accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and seamless project execution. 
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Serve as a project leader, collaborating across teams, resolving technical conflicts, and driving complex engineering processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Stakeholder & Team Management – Leverage exceptional communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders, manage teams effectively, and ensure project success.
