Confidential Director of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to help lead a growing organization with a strategic focus on accelerating revenue through sales growth and M&A initiatives within the Construction Steel Manufacturing sector. 

The ideal candidate will: 

• 10+ years leading plant and operations management in industrial manufacturing, including weld assembly, stamping, and quality. 
• Proven record delivering KPIs in throughput, cost, productivity, and safety; expert in Lean/Six Sigma, SIOP, maintenance, and logistics. 
• Hands-on, trusted leader with strong communication skills and the ability to drive team buy-in; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
