The ideal candidate will: 

• Have expertise in advanced process technologies including spray drying, agglomeration, chilsonation, drum drying, and fluid bed drying, with the ability to engineer particle size for optimized product performance. 
• Have applied technical understanding of dissolution, performance optimization, and food & beverage formulation, enabling innovative solutions and high-impact product development. 
• Be commercially minded problem-solver with experience navigating complex supply chains and the critical thinking needed to drive smart, strategic decisions.
