An exciting opportunity is available for a President to join a passionate, people-first chemical company recognized for its humility, creativity, and customer-focused culture. 

This role will lead the charge in chemical innovation — drive custom formulations, packaging, R&D breakthroughs, and identify commercial opportunities that accelerate revenue growth. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have experience in private-label/custom chemical manufacturing, ISO 9001 operations, formulation, batching, and full regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, GHS/SDS). 
  • Have sales experience in industrial and specialty chemicals, with the ability to lead customer-driven formulation and product development. 
  • Have proven P&L ownership with a track record of EBITDA improvement and operational/process optimization in small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses.
