Director of Finance – Grain

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Director of Finance – Grain Division to join a fast-paced Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer to lead productivity, quality, and safety to new heights. 

This role will work side-by-side with leadership and operations in a hands-on role where your insights drive action, shape strategy, and move the business forward. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving ability (non-negotiable), with experience analyzing margins in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing 
  • Hands-on P&L ownership with direct accountability for forecasting, planning, and performance 
  • Deep manufacturing and cost accounting expertise, including standard costing across multiple facilities 
  • Strong hands-on systems and reporting capability—building Power BI dashboards and Excel models, with experience in SAP and OneStream
