Director of Manufacturing

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Director of Manufacturing to join an innovation-driven organization in the packaging / plastics manufacturing industry, where leadership is investing heavily in operational scaling, continuous improvement, and long-term career growth opportunities. 

This role will have the opportunity to lead a transformational multi-site manufacturing organization positioned for aggressive medical manufacturing growth and clean room expansion. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Strong background in FDA/ISO-regulated medical manufacturing environments  
  • Proven clean room and multi-site manufacturing leadership experience  
  • Full P&L ownership with expertise in plastics and injection molding manufacturing
