The ideal candidate will have: 

• Be experienced in directing $50M+ revenue blending and bottling/packaging operations, with a strong technical background in automated toll blending, bottling best practices, QC lab collaboration for product development/testing, and maintenance programs for automation assets (TPM). 
• Be proven ability to identify, justify, and lead large capital expansion projects while fostering a high-performance culture centered on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Team principles. 
• Be a dynamic leader who drives cross-functional collaboration, earns team buy-in, and delivers results. Excellent communicator with strong integrity, able to positively represent NCS to customers and drive business growth.
