This is your opportunity to step into a mission-critical leadership role with an established book of business where you’ll own revenue, margin, and strategy—serving as a true player-coach who leads a seasoned team, drives key strategic accounts, and shapes high-impact commercial, operational, and pricing decisions in a fast-moving commodity chemicals environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Bring the experience and credibility to build, lead, and retain a high-performing sales organization, earning the respect of seasoned teams through a player-coach approach.
- Be skilled at developing and selling commercial strategies internally — crafting clear business cases, aligning stakeholders, and securing executive approval.
- Be a hands-on leader with non-negotiable commodity chemicals experience (e.g., chlor-alkali, sulfuric, inorganics, bulk chemicals), owning pricing and contract negotiations while actively managing customer relationships in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
