An exciting opportunity is available for a Director of Strategic Growth to join an innovation-driven leader in continuous chemical manufacturing. Work in a collaborative, safety-first culture that values entrepreneurial thinking and is committed to empowering its people. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Proven success in semiconductor industry sales with direct experience working for or selling to major players like Intel, Micron, Samsung, TSMC, or GlobalFoundries; established relationships with senior executives in the sector are strongly preferred. 
• Strong technical and commercial foundation with a background in engineering or chemistry, plus a deep understanding of semiconductor fab environmental requirements, including wastewater, air emissions, and permitting. 
• Demonstrated deal-closing ability, combining sharp business acumen and financial analysis skills (margins, ROI, EBITDA) with the ability to craft compelling value propositions, engage decision-makers, and drive contracts to close.
