The successful candidate will have: 

• Proven product management experience with full ownership of cross-functional teams and successful lifecycle management of dietary ingredients, from concept through launch and end-of-life. 
• Strong go-to-market strategy execution, combining commercial mindset with technical product understanding and close collaboration with sales teams to drive customer-centric solutions. 
• Solid business acumen with exposure to financials, including P&L, and a track record of effective project management in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
