  • Strategic Relationship Builder: Trusted partner who forges strong, senior-level relationships across cultures and regions, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver customer success. 
  • Technical & Financial Acumen: Ability to translate complex customer needs into design solutions, optimize manufacturing processes, and leverage P&L insights to shape strategy, pricing, and negotiations. 
  • Leadership & Growth Driver: Experienced in building and scaling global sales teams, driving post-acquisition growth, and championing sustainability initiatives that align with customers’ eco-goals.
