The ideal candidate will: 

• Operational leadership in continuous chemical manufacturing, with specific expertise in high-hazard chemical processes and Process Safety Management (PSM). 
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions, with hands-on experience in sulfuric acid production and applications within refinery operations or the broader oil & gas value chain (upstream/downstream, supplier or customer). 
• Skilled change leader and communicator, adept at building strong relationships across teams, regulatory agencies, and local communities to drive performance and engagement.
