• Have strong operational leadership in continuous chemical manufacturing, including experience managing unionized employees and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations in high-hazard environments. 
• Have expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) and technical problem-solving, with a background in sulfuric acid production, refinery operations, and the upstream/downstream oil & gas market. 
• Show proven change leadership with exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams, communities, and regulatory agencies to drive operational excellence.
