Plant Manager – Specialty Chemicals

The right candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with proven leadership experience in plant or manufacturing settings, specifically within Specialty Chemicals.  
  • Proven expertise in building new plants or plant expansion / upgrade projects, including hands-on experience with blending or batch processes, equipment installation, packaging lines, blend tanks, and quality control.  
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and analyzing financial data.
