An exciting opportunity is now available for a Plant Manager to join a fast-paced Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer to lead productivity, quality, and safety to new heights. 

This is a highly visible leadership role, working cross-functionally to set clear goals and expectations, while proactively and autonomously driving the business forward. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Experience in plant management with a proven track record of driving operational transformation and measurable gains in productivity, quality, delivery, and safety. 
• Been a hands-on, solutions-focused leader with a deep, practical understanding of lean manufacturing—able to cut through theory and implement case-by-case improvements with urgency and cross-functional collaboration. 
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and strengthen high-performing management teams that can sustain operational excellence.
