The successful candidate will have: 

• 5+ years of sales experience with packaging converters, primarily in cardboard and corrugated (boxes), with strong industry connections to drive immediate traction. 
• Deep knowledge of barriers, coatings, and adhesives, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of implementing proven BD processes that generate growth. 
• Ability to be a collaborative team player with leadership potential, experienced in working with teams, and ready to take on a small team with direct reports.
