A leading manufacturer of adhesives is looking to fill a role with an entrepreneurially minded Site Manager. This person will jump feet first into a successful, debt-free, family-owned company with blue sky opportunity and leave their handprint for years to come. 

The successful candidate will have: 

• 15+ years of hands-on operational experience in hot melt and water-based adhesives. 
• Proven success in plant and operations management with a strong floor presence and readiness for next-level leadership. 
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills; an excellent cultural fit for a family-run business with ambition to scale beyond $100M in annual sales.
