Vice President, Sales Operations

An authenticated Luxury Resaler is currently seeking a transformational Vice President of Sales Operations to help scale a highly sophisticated e-commerce merchandise retail company that has disrupted the industry with proprietary patented AI technology! 

This highly visible role reports directly to the President, fostering success through strategic collaboration in a passionate, diverse culture that promotes creativity and a modern, innovative mindset. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Proven success in sales workforce strategy, including territory and quota setting, incentive plan design, and orchestrating large-scale transformations. 
  • Strong data analytics skills, with expertise in forecasting, compensation planning, financial modeling, and tech enablement for sales operations. 
  • Experience in B2C revenue models or distributed B2B salesforces, with a focus on scaling e-commerce, physical goods sales, and consignment business models.
