The ideal candidate will: 

•  Seek an analytical visionary with deep market and business insight, adept at crafting and executing long-term plans aligned with company goals.  

• 10+ years of experience as a fragrance/scent developer and the ability to finish a fragrance  

• Proven as a coach and mentor to apprentice perfumers with an excellent record of training and developing their team
