VP of M&A

An exciting opportunity is available for a VP of M&A to join a North American platform of engineered flow control companies backed by investors and actively expanding through acquisition.

This role will lead the company’s M&A sourcing efforts — building relationships with founders, identifying acquisition opportunities, and helping drive the company’s next phase of growth.

The right candidate will:

• Build trust with founders and privately held company owners and guide them through the acquisition process.
• Have strong relationships within the industrial equipment, pump, or flow control ecosystem.
• Bring an entrepreneurial, operator mindset, ideally with experience owning, operating, or selling a business.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the President, CEO, the PE firm, and senior leadership to shape acquisition strategy and drive deals that preserve founder culture while creating long-term value.
