Like every year, the first weekend of this month the Ropella team headed to nearby Destin for a couple days of holiday relaxing and team-building.

After a delicious lunch at the beach, we headed to Escapology to challenge ourselves to their escape rooms. Not to be immodest, but I’ve got a great group of professionals at Ropella: Each team managed to get out of their room in the 60 minute time limit – and a couple of teams even had 15-20 minutes remaining!  Later, we went to our rented vacation homes for pizza, karaoke, white elephant gifts and the ugly sweater contest (with a surprising number of llama contestants).

On Saturday, everyone had a choice of activities – including laser tag / mini golf, shopping or just relaxing at the houses. We wrapped up the trip with a taco bar on Saturday, followed by more games and karaoke.
