Thanks to your entire team for helping me secure a new position at Novozymes. Every interaction I had with Ropella was not only extremely professional, but much more than that. Ropella’s first voice mail a few weeks ago seemed to come out of nowhere – since I wasn’t looking for a new job. Once we talked a bit, my interest level started to grow, and your team member’s warm personality helped with that. Later, as things progressed, I really enjoyed working with Ropella, as they seemed as excited as I did about the new opportunity. It would be hard to express in words how happy I was today when I got the call from Mr. Ropella telling me that there was a good offer on the table. This is a big move for me and my family, and I believe it will be a very positive one. It will allow me to work really hard to make Novozymes’ new venture a success, and at the same time, allow my wife, to spend more time with our 11 month old baby girl.
