Research Associate


The role of the Research Associate is to work with our Client Partners to identify our client’s needs and source qualified candidates within their niche industry. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is a critical thinker. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. This individual will need exceptional computer skills to research and understand websites and reference materials with which they have had minimal knowledge or exposure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be highly proficient in typing, utilizing search engines and conducting advanced internet research
  • Use the Ropella proprietary database to retrieve information on prospects, sources, target companies, and utilize prior relevant research work
  • Input information into the contact management system
  • Assist in the development of target lists and research strategies
  • Organize original research and make available to others within our company
  • Complete special projects as needed


  • Excellent computer skills, including strong internet search skills

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Able to synthesize information from one project to the next
